• Files and Documents: Your files are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your files to external servers unless you explicitly choose to back them up to iCloud Drive or Google Drive.
• Business Card Data: Text recognition is performed on-device. Contact information is saved directly to your device's address book at your request.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Identifier: We generate a unique identifier stored locally to manage the free trial period. This is never shared externally.
• Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or personal identifiers
• We do not access your photos, camera, or contacts without explicit permission
• We do not sell or share user data with third parties
• We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs

2. How We Use Information

• To provide PDF conversion, scanning, and document processing features
• To manage your token balance and in-app purchases
• To manage the free trial period
• To perform cloud backups when explicitly enabled
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

3. Cloud Services

If you choose to use cloud backup features:

• iCloud Drive: Files are stored in your personal iCloud, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Google Drive: Files are stored in your personal Google Drive. We request only the minimum required permission (drive.file scope).

Cloud backup is optional and disabled by default.

4. Data Storage and Security

All document processing occurs locally on your device. Sensitive information (device fingerprint, auth tokens) is stored using the device's secure keychain/keystore.

5. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

6. Camera and Photo Access

Camera access is for document scanning, ID card scanning, and business card scanning. Photo library access is for selecting images. These can be revoked anytime in device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
