By downloading or using PDF Converter Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PDF Converter Pro provides document conversion, scanning, and PDF management tools including image-to-PDF, document scanning with OCR, business card scanning, PDF merging, splitting, compression, and more.

3. Free Trial

• New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features
• The trial begins automatically upon first launch
• The trial is tied to your device and cannot be restarted by reinstalling
• No payment information is required

4. Token System and Purchases

• After the trial, features require tokens to use
• Tokens are purchased through in-app purchases via the App Store or Google Play
• Token packages: 100 tokens ($4.99), 200 tokens ($7.99), 300 tokens ($12.99)
• Tokens are consumable and deducted upon feature usage
• Purchased tokens never expire
• Tokens are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to:

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you process
• You must not use the App for illegal purposes
• You must not reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• You must not attempt to bypass the token system or trial restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

The App including design, code, and features is protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free operation, 100% conversion accuracy, or compatibility with all devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey.
